I’m attaching a recipe that I think would be a big hit at the Finn Camp. I call it Georgialina Boil, but its commonly known in these parts as Low country Boil, Beaufort or Frogamoore Stew. I’ll be making up a batch out by the backyard pool this week end. Georgialina Low Country Boil in PDF format.
