Our next Winterfest will be Saturday, February 5. Festivities will be held at the Sun Lake beach with Polar Dip’n, Ice Fish’n and more, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and in the Clubroom, with Chili and Entertainment from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Buttons: $5/adult, $3/child, admission $15/membership family. The sauna is extra.
Update: We do have more people helping now, but there is always a need for more. Also, the Wixom Fire Department will be doing an ice safety presentation at 1:30 p.m. at Sun Lake and they are going to stick around in case of emergency until around 4 p.m. I will be meeting with the Chief sometime this week to go over the details.
